The Rewilding project is part of the next exhibition in Museum Wiesbaden!

The REWILDING Project is present in the exhibition entitled “Der Hase ist des Jägers Tod. Kultur und Natur des südlichen Afrikas“ which will be on display in the Museum Wiesbaden from the 21st of March 2024 until the 2nd of February 2025. https://museum-wiesbaden.de/vom-kap-zur-namib

The curators explore past and present human-environment relations in southern Africa, with a main focus on Namibia. In one part of the exhibition dedicated to contemporary conservation strategies, such as trophy hunting and photo tourism, the Rewilding Project will be presented with its diverse subprojects across the KAZA TFCA. In May 2024, Prof. Michael Bollig will give a lecture as part of the accompanying programme. More details will follow soon!
